Refund and Returns Policy

10 days free return policy :

we give 10 days free return window for most of our products except some products like laptop body, screen and other products. For first 10 days after the delivery date, if the item gets defect then we will arrange a pickup from you if we have return pickup service in your area otherwise you need to send back to our address through courier and the return charges will be reimbursed to you.  After 10 days you have to courier the item back to us by your own. The return charges will not be reimbursed in this case only the item actual amount will be eligible for refund. After 10 days anything happens and you need to claim warranty then you have to send the item to our address through courier at your own cost. If you are staying in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda or Mumbai then you can get replacement locally at our branches, for more information you can contact us at teqoneindia@gmail.com

We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Teqoneindia Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from Teqoneindia website. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within return window period.  Customer need to send an email to teqoneindia@gmail.com for returns mentioning the order number in subject and the brief about the issue in the item purchased in the body of the email.

In order to help you to get your return/refund smoothly, please read below policies carefully in advance.

  1. Please kindly note that an return authorization is required for each return. Our RMA department will not process your return without confirmation over email.
  2. Request for return or complaint must be filed within 10 days based on the original delivery date of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description.
  3. Return must be completed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
  4. Once we approve your return request, we will guide you through email on how to return the order.
  5. After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.
  6. teqoneindia reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
  7. For refund of the orders purchased during sale period specially during Diwali sale – refund will given in the wallet of customer account on teqoneindia.in and not in the original mode of payment. 

For special attention: Please send returns by postal service which is preferred.

Non-defective product(s)

  1. Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The 10% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.
  3. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

Defective product(s)

  1. All our products  comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return authorization. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
  2. Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
  3. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
  4. No warranty will be given if the product is damaged or the design / shape changes after use (applicable with lithium batteries). Batteries which get swollen are not eligible for replacement.

Empty Box orders: 

In case the customers gets an empty box (which never sent empty by us) but still the customers wants to claim the empty box order, then it must be claimed within 1 hour of the parcel received, after that we would not be responsbile. It must be informed by mail at (teqoneindia@gmail.com) with outer images of the box and inside the box. Failure to submit this will not approve your claim.  What is RMA? RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

What is teqoneindia return process?

Items within product warranty can be returned either for a refund or a replacement.

Only 5 steps can complete in applying a RMA successfully.

  1. Submit Request Return RMA
  2. Do describe why you want return the item in detail. For example, what is wrong with the item? Is it broken? A detailed description will help us solve problem earlier.
  3. Send me a picture or a video, which would better show the detailed problem.
  4. Tell us your expected choice after returned the item, do you want a replacement or a refund?
  5. Then click apply and an RMA will be applied successfully. You will get a reply in 1-2 business day.

Can I return products without requesting RMA?

Definitely not, you need to request a RMA no matter what items you want to return because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided to you.

When can I get the RMA number?

Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in 1-2 business day. You can print a “Return Shipping Authorization” label with return address.

How can I get the return address?

Once your RMA request is approved, the return address will be offered to you through RMA and you could print it for return.

Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?

Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product.
Note: teqoneindia won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.

Who should be responsible for the returning cost?

  1. teqoneindia will be responsible for the returning fee by regular post service with a tracking number if it is our fault.
  2. teqoneindia will not pay for the returning fee for the customer ordered the wrong product(s).
  3. The return shipping fee should be paid by the customer in advance, after we get the returned item(s), we will offer you a satisfactory solution such as a refund.

When can I get a refund after I returned the item?

Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in 1-2 business day. You can print a “Return Shipping Authorization” label with return address and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund or exchange items.

An item was lost or damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipping, your must inform us on the same day when you receive the parcel. Post 24 hours of receiving the item, we would not be able to help you as we need to inform the courier within 24 hours of delivery.  When requesting for damage item received, please be ready to provide Customer Service, photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package, and teqoneindia will then ship you a new item immediately.

Have you received my returned items?

When returning an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information.
Once we’ve received your package, we will begin processing your return, which may take up to 2-3 business days. When processing is completed, we will contact you and issue your refund.

I’ve returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

In most cases, we will refund your money within 1-2 business days after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.
